Returns & Complaints

In the following cases, we offer free returns within 30 days:

• Wrong item was delivered
• Item does not work or is defective
• Item was delivered damaged

The return period is 30 days from the day you received the goods or on which a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the delivered goods.

For returns that do not meet the reasons stated above, you bear the costs of returning the goods to us.

How can I make a return?

You can easily request your return in our returns portal.

1. Enter your postal code and order number
2. If your order was placed no more than 30 days ago, you should be able to complete the next steps
3. Then click on Request return
4. You will receive a free return label, please print it out and attach it to your shipment

Will I receive a free return label?

If you request a legitimate return, you will receive a label to print directly in the returns portal.

Please ensure the following:

• Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
• Please do not return the goods to us with postage due.
• The aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal

Please enclose the return form with the order so that we can assign your return.

How will my money be refunded?

Depending on the payment method, your money will be refunded to the original payment account.

Please provide us with your bank details if you paid by advance payment or cash on delivery.

How long will it take until I receive my money back?

We strive to refund the order as quickly as possible. As a rule, we refund the costs within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
